This aspect is integrated within the "Cultural Training Courses" and "Development of Tourism Services" activities.
• The project provides specialized training for tourism staff, including:
◦ CRM (Customer Relationship Management) training for 12 site managers (Activity A 3.2). This aims to improve the professional competence in managing archaeological sites from a tourism perspective.
◦ Co-host training for 6 individuals involved in family-based tourism services (Activity A 4.1). This directly supports the development of local hospitality skills within rural communities.
