Cultural training courses

This activities correspond to Result 3: Beneficiary institutions are sufficiently competent in site management and continuous staff training.

• A 3.1: Training in Conservation of Pavement Mosaics and Earth Walls: This activity involves planning, selecting trainers and trainees, and implementing training courses for 10 mosaic restorers and 12 earth wall restorers. The training includes frontal lessons, remote learning, and on-site internships, leading to certification;
• A 3.2: Training in Cultural Site Management and Future Staff Training: This focuses on planning, selecting, and implementing training for 12 cultural site managers, with a curriculum covering effective site management and future personnel development. This includes both theoretical and practical components.
