This activities correspond to Result 1: Improved conservation and accessibility conditions of the Dvin, Garni, and Aruch sites.
• A 1.1: Restoration of Garni Mosaics: This activity involves a thorough assessment, design, tender process, and implementation phases focused on restoring the 3rd-4th century mosaics located in the Garni bathhouse. It is a crucial step for enhancing the site's attractiveness;
• A 1.2: Creation of Dvin Museum (First Functional Section): To address the underdeveloped tourism and structural degradation at Dvin, this activity includes assessment, museological, museographic, and structural design, tender procedures, and implementation for the creation of a new museum on site. This will greatly improve site interpretation and visitor experience;
• A 1.3: Extraordinary Maintenance of Dvin Paths and Infrastructure: This involves assessing existing visitor paths and site infrastructure (archaeological base, library, storage, custodian's house, fences), designing maintenance plans, conducting a tender, and implementing the works to ensure better accessibility and preservation of the site;
• A 1.4: Creation of Tourist Routes and Extraordinary Maintenance of Aruch Site: Activities include assessment of archaeological features and existing infrastructure, design of museological/museographic routes, and structural stabilization works. This aims to enhance tourism development and address conservation risks at the Aruch site.
